Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and the oil in a large mixing bowl; blend well.
Then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until tests done.
Cool in pan about 15 minutes.
