Poke Cake
Poke Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. water and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine the first five ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin as directed on package. Poke holes in cake with fork.
Pour warm gelatin over cake.
Chill for 4 hours.
Spread prepared whipped topping over cake.
