Mash banana to purΓ©e.

Mix in enough powdered sugar to make a stiff dough.

Using more sugar, roll out 1/2 dough into a rectangle 1/4-inch thick.

Spread thickly with peanut butter almost to edges.

Roll tightly from long edge to make a pinwheel log.

Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Slice from end 1/4-inch thick pieces.

Cook gets to sample ends of log "to make sure it's not poison" as my mother always said! Store in refrigerator.
