Pocket Steak Dinner
Pocket Steak Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak (chuck roast works well also), 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 3 medium carrots, sliced in 1-inch pieces, 3 medium potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Tear off enough foil to completely cover meat and vegetables. Place meat in center of foil on cookie sheet.
Spread onion soup mix on top.
Place chunks of vegetables on meat; dot with butter. Seal foil around entire thing to hold in meat juices.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, until vegetables are soft.
Gravy can be made from the meat juices.
