Poached Salmon
Poached Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (5 oz.) fresh or frozen salmon steaks, 5 c. water, 1/3 c. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Thaw salmon if frozen.
In large skillet, combine water, lemon juice and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add salmon.
Simmer, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
Remove salmon from liquid and serve.
