Poached Catfish
Poached Catfish is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. In medium sized microwave-safe dish, place fish.
In cup, combine butter, wine, lemon juice, thyme, tarragon, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and microwave on High (100% power) 2 1/2 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork.
Rotate dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
To serve, garnish with parsley and lemon.
