Plum Cake
Plum Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with eggs, c. sugar, c. self-rising flour, c. (6 oz.) baby food plums and c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix dry ingredients (sugar, flour, spices and salt) in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and oil with wire whisk until well blended.
Add to dry ingredients and beat with electric mixer.
Add plums and vanilla.
Continue beating until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or longer (test for doneness).
Cool on wire rack.
