Plucking Cake
Plucking Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans hungry jack buttermilk biscuits, 1 1/2 sticks oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt and heat oleo, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Butter pan real well.
Cut 1 1/2 cans biscuits into quarters.
Layer in tube pan; pour melted ingredients over biscuits and nuts (optional).
Quarter next 1 1/2 cans of biscuits and pour balance of mixture over this.
Bake for 1 hour in 300Β° oven.
