Play Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain flour, 1/2 c. salt, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add liquids.
Cook in medium size pot on medium heat until dough pulls away from sides of pot.
Add flavoring for smell and cake coloring for color.
Do not use Teflon.
