Play Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. salt, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tbsp. oil and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix and place in quart size pan or skillet over medium heat until it pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Turn off heat and roll into a pint size ball.
