Play Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. salt, 1 c. water and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

To egg nog, add flavoring and powdered coffee.
Stir well until blended.
Top with (drop by spoonfuls) vanilla ice cream which has been softened slightly and whipping cream (whipped). Let these float on top.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
