Play Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 6 tsp. cream of tartar, 3 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 1/2 c. salt and 3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except food coloring and cook until it pulls away from pan and forms ball.
Remove from heat.
Knead. Divide into smaller balls and add food coloring to make different color dough.
