Play Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. salt, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. food coloring (added to water) and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all in saucepan, heating on low.
Stir constantly until dough pulls away from side of pan.
Knead until smooth. Store in airtight container.
