Plantation Cheese Ball
Plantation Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 box instant vanilla pudding, 1 small can fruit cocktail, very well drained and 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the cream cheese and dry vanilla pudding together well. Drain the fruit cocktail well on paper towels and add to the cream cheese mixture.
Shape into a ball (or mound if on a flat plate) and pat the nuts on top.
Serve with Wheat Thin crackers.
