Plain Pizza Crust
Plain Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix together.
Allow to rise.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces; roll each piece to fit a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Place dough on pizza pan and pinch the dough around the edges to form a small rim.

Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
