Plain Cake

Cream sugar, Crisco and eggs.

Add flour, soda and cream of tartar.

Add milk slowly with vanilla and lemon extract.

Put into greased and floured tube pan.

Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325° or until toothpick comes out clean.
