Pizzelle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine, melted *, 2 tbsp. vanilla or anise and 3 1/2 c. flour (approximately), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.
Beat until smooth.
Add cooled margarine and vanilla or anise.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to egg mixture.
Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.
Drop by spoonful into Pizzelle iron.
