Pizzelle
Pizzelle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. anise or vanilla and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
Melt butter.
Add flavoring.
Cool, then add to egg mixture.
