Pizza Potatoes
Pizza Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with potatoes, 1 (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes, 1 1/2 c. water, oregano to taste and 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray casserole with Pam.
Slice potatoes; add salt and pepper.
Heat and bring to boiling; boil 3 to 4 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, water and oregano; dot with oleo.
Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
Place sliced pepperoni over cheese and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
