Pizza Pot Pie
Pizza Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 1/2 lb. pepperoni, diced in 1/4-inch cubes (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, saute the beef, onion, garlic and the mushrooms until the meat is browned and the mushrooms are tender.
Add the pepperoni, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes.
Stir to combine.
Turn the mixture into 8 or 9-inch pie pan lined with one crust.
Top meat mixture with 1/2 grated Parmesan and the Mozzarella.
Cover evenly with the tomato slices and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Cover with crust and flute edges and make vents. for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
