Pizza Planks
Pizza Planks is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 inch) loaf french bread, 1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, 12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
Remove some of the soft bread to make a slightly hollowed loaf.
Place each half on a plate, cut sides up.
Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over both halves.
Arrange pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave on High for another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
