Pizza Pasta
Pizza Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 2/3 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper, 1/3 c. chopped fresh mushrooms and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chunky tomatoes pasta style, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sausage, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in large skillet.
Cook until sausage is fully cooked.
Drain any excess grease.
Add tomatoes, pizza sauce, and water.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cheese, olives and cooked pasta.
Continue to cook over low heat until cheese melts. When serving, top with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
