Pizza Meatballs
Pizza Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1/2 c. milk and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut cheese into 20 (1/2-inch) cubes.
Shred remaining cheese; set aside.
In bowl, mix with hands, beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and egg.
Make meatballs around cube of cheese, so cheese is in center of each.
In skillet, heat oil and lightly brown meatballs.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
