Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour and salt.
Add 1/2 cup lukewarm water to yeast; let stand 5 minutes.
Make a hole in the flour; work in yeast mixture and remaining water.
Oil hands and knead dough for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cover; let rise in warm place for 2 hours.
Roll out onto pizza pan.
Add desired toppings.
Bake at 450Β° for about 25 minutes.
