Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 3/4 c. flour, 2 pkg. yeast, pinch of sugar, pinch of salt and 1 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix first four ingredients.
Add water and oil.
Mix and knead until you are able to roll into a smooth ball.
Place in warm place with towel over it.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Punch down and let set for 4 minutes.
Roll out and place on pan and let rise for 15 minutes.
Add toppings (sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, etc.). Place pizza in cold oven, set temperature to 500Β° and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or longer depending on your oven!
