Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 tsp. italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown and drain beef.
Stir in tomato sauce, onion and seasonings.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in greased muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit lined cups; sprinkle with cheese.
Any other toppings may be added.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
