Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 to 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese and 1 tbsp. instant onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown, stir and drain beef.
Tomato paste, onion and seasoning.
Mixture will be thick.
Over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Place biscuits in greased muffin pans, pressing to cover bottoms and sides.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes golden brown.
Makes 12 pizza cups.
