Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown and drain beef.
Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes.
