Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. dry yeast and 1/4 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Measure water into bowl.
Sprinkle with yeast.
Stir until dissolved.
Stir in sugar, salt and olive oil.
Add 2 cups of the flour and beat until smooth, then add as much of the remaining flour as needed (about 1/2 cup) to make a soft dough.
Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth.
(Use the rest of the flour for this.)
Place dough in a large, greased bowl.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Makes 2 pizza crusts.
