Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 tsp. salt and 8 oz. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar and stir.
Heat vegetable oil and water to very warm (105° to 115°).
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Then allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Divide into 2 portions for two 12-inch pizzas or leave in one piece for one 16-inch pizza.
Spray pizza pan with no-stick vegetable oil and spread dough with fingers to cover pan.
Add sauce, topping, and cheese.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
