Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 to 2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place flour and salt in large mixing bowl.
Put yeast and sugar in warm water and wait until it gets frothy.
Add oil.
Then pour over flour and mix until sticky.
Add more flour, if needed, to make dough stiff.
Let raise for 1 to 2 hours.
Roll out or knead out.
Makes 2 large pizzas.
