Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 tsp. yeast, 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. hot water and 3 1/3 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix yeast, sugar and water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add salt and oil, then 2 1/2 cups plain flour. Place remainder of flour on table and pour dough out on it and knead and roll until no longer sticky. Place in bowl with 2 teaspoons oil. Coat with oil.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down and then spread in lightly oiled pizza pan. Let set 15 minutes, then top and bake at 425Β°.
