Pizza Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. salt and 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add vegetable oil and salt. Gradually add flour until dough is well blended and is not sticky to touch.
Let rise until double, 30 to 40 minutes.
Punch down. Spread to cover pizza pan.
Makes one large or 2 small pizzas.
