Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil.
Knead until a smooth ball.
Let rise in a greased, covered bowl about 10 minutes.
Pat in a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
I double this recipe for an easier to handle, thicker crust!
