Pizza Casserole
Pizza Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. sliced pepperoni, 1 chopped medium onion, 1/3 c. melted butter, 6 oz. cooked thin spaghetti and 8 oz. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cover pepperoni with water and boil 5 minutes; drain.
Saute onions in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Pour remaining butter in 11 x 7 1/2-inch casserole dish.
Toss spaghetti in butter.
Cover with 8 ounces tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, 1/2 of the pepperoni, 1/2 of the sausage, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and all of mushrooms and onions.
Sprinkle oregano and basil over mixture.
Top with remaining Swiss cheese, pepperoni, sausage, tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
