Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. tomato juice, 1 can bean sprouts, 1/2 green pepper, sliced, 1 small onion, sliced and italian seasoning to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer tomato juice and seasonings until almost thick.
Add rest of ingredients, except for the bread and cheese.
Simmer until thick.
Toast pita bread under the broiler on both sides so it is a little crisp.
Put on pizza mixture.
Add cheese; put under broiler to melt cheese.
