Pitha
Pitha is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. spinach (fresh), 1/2 lb. feta, 1 c. margarine, melted, 4 eggs and 1 roll phyllo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash spinach and cut off stems.
Squeeze out water.
Roll tightly and cut finely.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, eggs and Feta.
Melt margarine and brush on phyllo dough.
Layer about 4 leaves.
Spread spinach and and repeat layering for about 4 more layers.
Roll up edges lightly.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
