Pita Crisps
Pita Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. oil, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, salt and 4 pita breads, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Combine the oil, cumin, cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Split the pitas in half.
Brush the cut side of each half with flavored oil.
Stack the pitas and cut them in quarters.
Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a rack and cool. Makes 32 Pita Crisps.
