Pistachio Nut Torte

Combine butter and sugar.
Add flour and chopped nuts.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add 6 ounces Cool Whip and spread on top of crust.
Combine pudding and milk, beat on low for 2 minutes.
Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with 10 to 16 ounces Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
Add chopped nuts.
