Pistachio Nut Cake Deluxe
Pistachio Nut Cake Deluxe is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 32 minutes. Made with white cake mix, box instant pistachio pudding, large eggs, c. sweetened condensed milk and c. melted shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour Bundt cake pan.
(I also cut out a circle of wax paper to fit bottom of pan to prevent sticking).
Melt shortening.
Put all ingredients into food processor.
Now, add shortening and mix for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Batter will be thin.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Level with spoon. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake comes out clean.
Remove cake when pan is cool to the touch.
