Pistachio Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 56 crumbled ritz crackers, 1 stick melted butter, 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix, 2 c. milk and 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix butter and crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Mix milk with pudding mix. Add ice cream. Spread over crust. Spread on Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
