Pistachio Dessert
Pistachio Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1 stick margarine or butter, 2 pkg. pistachio pudding, 2 c. milk and 4 c. soft ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and mix with crumbs.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix ice cream, milk and pudding together and pour over crumbs.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Top with Cool Whip before serving.
