Pistachio Dessert
Pistachio Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. nuts, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix flour, butter and nuts.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350Β° and let cool.
Beat cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and 1/2 of carton Cool Whip.
Spread on crust.
Mix pudding with 2 1/2 cups of cold milk.
Beat 2 minutes and spread on cream cheese mixture.
When set, spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
Chopped nuts may also be added.
