Pistachio Cake
Pistachio Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix and 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the last 4 ingredients to form crumbs.
Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Beat 4 to 5 minutes after adding rest.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured tube pan, then 1/2 of crumbs, then rest of batter and rest of crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
