Pistachio Bread
Pistachio Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow), 1 small pkg. pistachio pudding, 1/8 c. vegetable oil, 1/3 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix by hand all ingredients at one time.
Put into 2 loaf pans, 1/4 batter in each of pans.
Then mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on batter, then put rest of batter in loaf pans. Cover with rest of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool in loaf pans. Can be cut in slices and put on platter after completely cool.
