Pistachio Bread

Combine all ingredients and mix with spoon
(no mixer).
Grease 2 loaf pans and dust with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Any leftover can be used to sprinkle on top of loaves. Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
When cool, wrap foil and refrigerate overnight. This enhances the flavor. Freezes well.
