Piroghi'S is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll dough out thin.
Cut medium circles out; spoon filling into center of dough and pinch edges together. (Filling can be anything you want.) Place in boiling water for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
When ready to serve, fry in skillet with butter and fresh chopped onions.
