Pinwheels
Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1/4 cup picante sauce and 2 cups shredded colby cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cream cheese, taco seasoning mix, sour cream and picante sauce and mix well.
Spread 2 tablespoons, approximately, cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese, black olives and onions.
Roll tortilla up tightly. Cover rolls with plastic wrap, refrigerate 2 hours.
Slice each roll into 1/2 inch slices.
Serve with picante sauce for dipping.
