Pinwheel Cookies
Pinwheel Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix margarine, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and milk.
When mixed well, divide in half.
Add cocoa to 1 part.
Roll out chocolate mixture, then roll out vanilla dough.
Lay on top of chocolate; roll up in long roll.
You make 3 rolls.
Wrap in foil and freeze.
Slice and bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
