Pinto Bean Pizza
Pinto Bean Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bag pinto beans, 1 small pepperoni stick, 1 chunk mozzarella cheese, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 jar prego tomato sauce or homemade, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash off pinto beans.
Let soak in water about 2 hours, then cook in clean water until soft and then drain.
While beans are cooking, shred cheese and slice pepperoni into thin slices.
Also fry up in a skillet your ground beef.
Drain the beef really good. When beans are ready, you use a casserole dish to layer your ingredients.
First put some sauce on bottom of dish, then beans, then pepperoni, then cheese.
Top with sauce and continue. Process until all is finished.
Bake at 350Β° until all is melted together and hot about 30 minutes.
